- ▸Hit weekly quotas; top performers earn bonuses
Pay
$5–15 / hour + performance bonus
Ideal candidate: Detail-oriented, fast research skills, comfortable with spreadsheets
Client Hunter
Convert leads into booked meetings with creators.
What you'll do
- ▸Up to 100 outreaches/day across DM, Email, WhatsApp
- ▸Personalized first-touch — no mass-paste
- ▸Follow-up cadence: Day 0, 3, 7
- ▸Track replies, schedule meetings for Closers
- ▸Maintain a 5%+ reply rate
Pay
$10–25 / hour + commission on meetings
Ideal candidate: Strong written English, persuasion, persistent without being pushy
Sales Closer
Turn booked meetings into paid clients.
What you'll do
- ▸Run 30-min discovery → diagnose → prescribe → close meetings
- ▸Send proposals, handle objections, schedule follow-ups

- ▸Commissions paid per won deal

What you'll do
- ▸Edit YouTube long-form, Reels/Shorts, cinematic videos
- ▸Color grade, audio normalize, subtitle, sound design
- ▸Deliver within agreed deadline (typically 48–72h)
- ▸Handle 2 included revisions per project
- ▸Maintain quality bar consistent with SamFusion brand
Pay
$15–50 / hour or per-project rate
Ideal candidate: Premiere/DaVinci/AE proficiency, portfolio with 3+ samples
Thumbnail Designer
Design click-worthy thumbnails for YouTubers.
What you'll do
- ▸Design 5–10 thumbnails/day
- ▸A/B variant proposals when requested
- ▸Photoshop/Figma proficiency
- ▸Maintain creator-style consistency
- ▸Deliver layered source files
Pay
$10–30 per thumbnail

Operations Manager
